Port rigging usage specifications and报废基准 training – Fugang (Luoyuan) International Port
Service case: Training on rigging usage specifications and报废基准
Service customer: Fugang (Luoyuan) International Port
Service type: Training seminar
Service description:
In September 2025, Fugang (Luoyuan) International Port, in order to strengthen lifting safety control and build a solid operational defense line, specially invited our company to assist in conducting specialized training on port rigging.
Our company attached great importance to this training and prepared the teaching materials in advance accordingly. The port showed a very high level of participation in this specialized training, with the training venue filled to capacity. Frontline terminal operators, equipment maintenance personnel, and site management staff participated almost in full force.
During the training, the instructors provided detailed explanations based on actual operational scenarios such as cargo loading/unloading, stacking, and transfer at the port, covering topics including the selection requirements, proper rigging methods, key safety points, and precautions for commonly used rigging such as wire ropes, shackles, slings, and chains. Emphasis was placed on core operating rules such as load limits, angle specifications, strict prohibition of overloading, and strict prohibition of hard pulling or oblique lifting under different working conditions. At the same time, using typical safety accident cases, the instructors visually analyzed the safety hazards caused by wear, corrosion, broken wires, deformation, aging, etc., of rigging, explained the报废基准 for rigging item by item, and made it clear that any rigging meeting the报废标准 must be immediately removed from service and replaced, with strict prohibition of continued or improper reuse.
This specialized training not only demonstrated our company's professionalism but also contributed to strengthening safety control and building a solid operational defense line for the port.
